A phase of referencing / centralisation / synthesis / structuring of pre-existing information describing community services is at the heart of our deployment process.

The first phase is when the local authority fills in a form, allowing us to better understand and diagnose it: how it works, problems, skills, etc.
We then compile all the available information and only after this state of the art has been achieved do we proceed to a quality adjustment and import of this information.

In the absence of structured or semi-structured information sources :

1. the information is filled in models of import, from JSON / CSV / Excel / Google Spreadsheets / PDF etc. sources
2. depending on the case, this data entry can be carried out either independently, collaboratively or only by us Publidata
3. the information is validated with you before import
4. the import is made

If semi-structured files already exist (e.g. information already managed via excel files):

1. we audit and exchange with you
2. we report possible errors and inaccuracies
3. depending on the case, the work of converting / transforming / structuring existing information into a format that can be used and imported into Publidata (= the data structure visible in our import templates) can be carried out either independently, collaboratively or o by us Publidata alone

In case of pre-existence of structured information sources (GIS in particular):

1. we audit the structure of the available flows, the exhaustiveness and completeness of the information, and exchange with you on this subject
2. we will report any errors and inaccuracies to you
3. in the same way as for semi-structured files, it may be necessary to convert / transform / structure the existing information into a format that can be used and imported into Publidata

Whichever of the above scenarios is chosen and their outcome:

1. the information is validated together and a validation report is signed, validating agreement to import or operate the connector
2. the import or interconnection is put into production

Whether or not the information is formally available, it nevertheless exists because the collection services are necessarily operational and governed by rules, at least tacitly.

We have already met territories for which household waste collection circuits had never been traced or digitised! If the data is not available other than via paper plans (but this is rare), we can take over as an additional service to create and digitise it, or explain how to do it yourself if you wish to do it yourself.

In the case of areas corresponding to the administrative boundaries of the cities it is not necessary to provide us with basic addresses or geographical polygons, we already have them.

Yes, whatever the size of your organisation or your location, you have users to inform about collections, voluntary drop-off points, bag distribution, waste collection times, etc. Whatever the usual means of information currently in place (PDF to download, all-box distribution, etc.) Publidata will be able to offer you solutions to make the whole system efficient: the type of approach we propose is unavoidable, so you might as well take the plunge now!

Once configured, the Waste Information Widget can also be easily integrated into other websites in addition to your own: each municipality will also be able to use it by simply copying and pasting it onto its own website, making life easier for users looking for information.
